You have private key on your room.

Please notice that upon accepting the Houseboat keys you are agreeing on the house rules and it's also means that you accept the Bed and Breakfast settings as stated. If there's any problem please let us know so that we can arrange everything before you check in and before pay the amount stated in your confirmation letter.
After giving your credit card details with us please always demand for your CONFIRMATION LETTER.

We have the right to cancel your booking with us incase of emergencies such as no electricity, no hot water and no heater , damages in the houseboat due to fortuitous event and sudden changes concerning Rules and Regulations in Amsterdam Bed & Breakfast .
Rest assured that your credit card details are secured with us . We prefer for you to call us if you want to give your credit card details to secure the booking.
We suggest for you to book in advance because most of the time the PhilDutch Houseboat Bed and Breakfast is use for personal ( family ) gathering.

Cancellations
Cancellations should be made via fax or email,
one ( 1 )
month
before the reserved dates.

You will be charged for the whole amount of the total bill.
Modification
Change or cancellation of booking date shall be honored
at least one ( 1 ) month
before the reserved dates. Less than a one ( 1 ) month of cancellation 50% of the amount of the accommodation should be paid.
No show
Guests will be charged the full
amount of
their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of
arrival.
House rules
Smoking is allowed but we prefer our guests to smoke outside the houseboat. If you wish to smoke inside the houseboat be sure to open the window and close it afterwards.
Hard drugs are strictly prohibited !
Visitors are not allowed to sleep in the Houseboat. Please ask permission to your Host if you have friends who wish to visit you in the Houseboat. Strangers are strictly prohibited in the houseboat to avoid any losses.
Keep the houseboat clean during your entire stay.
Garbage disposal is only Tuesday and Friday between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
