If there are any problems or concerns, please let us know so that we can arrange everything before you check in and before receiving the amount stated in your confirmation letter.
After giving your credit card details with us, please always demand for your CONFIRMATION LETTER. Please read carefully all the details and if you have any questions or concerns please let us know. Please be sure that you have your travel insurance for your own safety.
Don't forget to send us your flight details before your departure (if applicable) and please print your confirmation letter and present it to your Host.
Please give us your mobile number including the area code so that we can call you just in case.
If there's any problem during your stay with us, you are free to take another accommodation. Rest assured that PhilDutch Houseboat accommodations are 100% furnished and clean, necessary for a completely enjoyable stay.
Please check that doors and windows are properly locked before leaving the houseboat.
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR to any strangers for your own safety. We have our own keys to open the door.
Strangers or other unofficial guests are not allowed to sleep in the houseboat.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses and personal injuries during your stay with us.
Any losses or damages to the houseboat facilities and/or furnishings caused by the guests should be paid before check out.
Lost keys should be paid by the guests before check out as well.

Cancellations
Cancellations should be made via email, one (1) week before the reserved dates. We shall charge the total bill to your credit card for non-compliance.
Modification
Changes to your booking date will be honored at least one (1) week before the reserved dates. . We shall charge the total bill to your credit card for non-compliance.
No show
Guests will be charged the total bill even if they fail to arrive on the reserved dates.
House rules
We prefer our guests to smoke outside the houseboat. If you wish to smoke inside the houseboat be sure to open the windows and close it afterwards.
Hard drugs are strictly prohibited!
Visitors are not allowed to sleep in the Houseboat. Please ask permission to your Host if you have friends who wish to visit you in the Houseboat.
Strangers are strictly prohibited in the houseboat to avoid any losses.
Keep the houseboat clean during your entire stay.
Garbage disposal is only Tuesday and Friday between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
