  • The PhilDutch Houseboat is located between the Heineken office building and the Nederlandse Bank (just 2 minutes of walk ). If you are in Stadhouderskade then go over the bridge and on the other side of Singelgracht you will find Nicolaas Witsenkade

  • 24-hour metered parking area is available infront of the houseboat and the secured parking both for short and long-terms is just across the canal in the Heineken parking area.

  • We suggest that you do not bring your vehicle because the parking space in Amsterdam is limited and very expensive. Amsterdam is a small city and everything is reachable by foot, bike ride or canal ride.

  • We don't ask for a deposit and we do not charge your credit card for any amount. Your credit card is only for guarantee.

  • We offer 20% Discount during low season ( Jan. 4 to Feb. 28 ).
