24-hour metered parking area is available in front of the houseboat and the secured parking both for short and long-term stays are just across the canal behind the Heineken Brouwerij. We suggest that you do not bring your vehicle because the parking space in Amsterdam is limited and very expensive. Amsterdam is a small city and everything is reachable by foot, bike ride or canal ride.

The PhilDutch Houseboat is located between the Heineken office building and the Nederlandse Bank. If you are in Stadhouderskade then go over the bridge and on the other side of Singelgracht you will find Nicolaas Witsenkade.

We don't ask for a deposit and we do not charge your credit card for any amount. Your credit card is only for guarantee.
We offer 20% Discount during low season (Jan. 4 to Feb. 28).
